Radix comes from the Latin word for root — the source, the foundation, the place where growth begins.
For the Radix Project, the name reflects our belief that meaningful change starts at the root: in the systems we build, the communities we empower, and the ideas we choose to nurture.
But roots don’t only sustain potential — they also reveal the underlying challenges that must be understood before progress can take hold. At Radix, we look beneath the surface to identify the true origins of the issues the individuals we assist face; addressing root causes rather than symptoms so outcomes are sustainable.
