WHAT WE DO
We don’t treat symptoms.
We work from the root.
Most young people enter the justice system carrying harm that was never addressed — trauma, instability, needs no one met in time. Left unrepaired, that harm repeats. The Radix Project exists to interrupt that cycle where it starts.
SYSTEMS ADVOCACY
We work alongside leaders in justice, correctional, and education systems to change the conditions that produce these outcomes in the first place.
EARLY INTERVENTION
We reach young people before deeper system involvement hardens into a life path — building the stability and skills that change trajectories early.
REENTRY PROGRAMMING
Our 16-week Future Leaders Program meets youth inside juvenile hall and walks with them out: a rolling cohort, a certificate of completion, and a pathway into alumni mentorship.
